History

Final Analysis Communication Services, Inc.
was created in 1993 with the strategic direction to build a second generation
mobile satellite system called "FAISAT" to provide global
wireless data services. Since its inception, Final Analysis has had
many "firsts." In 1995, Final Analysis became the first American
company to launch a satellite from Russia with the launch of FAISAT-1
under an experimental license granted by the U.S. Federal Communications
Commission. This paved the way for further Russian/American collaboration
with other U.S. companies.
Two
years later, Final Analysis became the
first American company to perform final integration of a spacecraft
in Russia with the launch of FAISAT-2v under a second experimental license.
Final Analysis is one of only two U.S. commercial companies that have
built and launched low-earth orbiting satellites using UHF/VHF frequencies.
