Final Analysis Communication Services is developing a global team of BUSINESS PARTNERS/STRATEGIC INVESTORS and SERVICE PARTNERS to deliver new wireless data services.

The Business Partners/Strategic Investors would assist Final Analysis to manufacture and deploy the FAISAT constellation and ground infrastructure system. The Service Partners would interface with the customer for sales and service distribution, or serve as application developers or terminal manufacturers.

Final Analysis plans to pursue alliances with major players in the data communication industry who already have proven revenues and a substantial subscriber base. By creating these alliances during the FAISAT system development phase, Final Analysis believes it will be able to better control operational expenses and incorporate operational features to enable seamless terrestrial and satellite service.

In addition, the Company expects that, by relying on companies already active in the market, it can leverage their expertise in operating within the parameters of local regulations.
